For a quick bite, there are plenty of fast food spots plus favorites like Chuy’s Tex-Mex, Asa Sushi, Burnt Ends BBQ, Bonefish Grill and many, many others.
Parks are abundant in the DTC neighborhood and include one of the largest parks in Colorado – Cherry Creek State Park and Reservoir. The reservoir is within walking distance to Stoney Brook as is Wallace Park which runs adjacent to Stoney Brook. Village Greens Park, Silo Park and Rosamond Park are just a few of the many other parks in the DTC area.

Linda has been the most patient and diligent real estate agent I've ever worked with. I had a wide range of prices and desires while looking to downsize my home, and Linda provided great feedback with her knowledge of the region.
